    Tier Placement letter to be sent when student data indicates movement from Tier 2 to Tier 3 dyslexia-specific intervention is appropriate. Team should select the skill deficit area by placing a check next to the area of intervention focus.
    {PM_Reading_District Dyslexia.docx}
    Progress Monitoring description letter to be sent every 4-5 weeks to inform parents of student's response to intervention. There are five (5) areas for the team to address: (1) select the skill deficit by placing a check next to the area of intervention focus, (2) write in the intervention, (3) check area of PM, (4) select instructional level on which PM is being administered, and (5) select description of progress.
