Fidelity

Intervention must be delivered with fidelity in order to be considered valid for decision making. Forms relating to this process are located on the fidelity page, and in Documents.

Tier I - Fidelity checks occur once per marking period.
Tier II - Fidelity checks occur 3 times per marking period. (2 must be direct observations)
Tier III - Fidelity checks occur 5 times per marking period. (3 must be direct observation)
